Because CREDevSim provides instant access to premium digital underwriting tools and report generation, all sales are considered final once the "Pro" subscription or license is activated.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Unlike physical goods, our product provides immediate value upon purchase. Once you upgrade to "Pro," you gain immediate, unrestricted access to our report generation engine. Because our system generates detailed, exportable, and proprietary underwriting reports the moment you access the Pro features, it is not possible for us to "reclaim" the data or reports you have already generated.

3. The "Try Before You Buy" Model

We encourage all users to fully explore the capabilities of CREDevSim using our free tier. We provide this model specifically so you can evaluate the interface, data inputs, and utility of our tools before committing to a Pro subscription. By upgrading to Pro, you acknowledge that you have tested our software and confirmed it meets your professional needs.

4. Exceptions

We take customer satisfaction seriously. While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or lack of use, we will provide a full refund if:

There is a verified technical defect in the software that prevents you from accessing the Pro features you paid for, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
There is a verified duplicate billing error.

5. How to Request Support

If you believe your case qualifies for an exception, please contact us at kasing@credevsim.com within 3 business days of the transaction. Please include your transaction ID and a description of the technical issue. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
